PAC Consulting What is the PAC Program? We are a Food Allergy Training Service. The ELL PAC Consultant Network is a nationwide group of certified consultants who deliver comprehensive training modules to better protect food allergic children. These training modules include standardized manuals and reference materials that ensure consistency and alignment with national and local food allergic guidelines. What is ELL? The Eating & Educating, Living Life (ELL) organization is a national 501 (c)(3) not-for profit that supports the rights of every child to eat safe foods, learn in safe environments and live safer lives with food allergies and anaphylaxis.
